Pedro Gallese

Pedro Gallese serves as a reliable presence in goal for Deportivo Cali, showcasing his skills in the Colombia Liga DIMAYOR I. Standing at 189 cm, his height provides him with a significant advantage in aerial duels, making it difficult for opposing forwards to find space for headers or high shots. With a solid average rating of 6.83 across 34 appearances in the current season, he demonstrates consistent performances that contribute to his team's defensive stability. His experience at the club and international level with the Peruvian national team has shaped his playing style, which combines agility and sound decision-making. Gallese’s left-footed kicking allows him to distribute the ball effectively, helping to initiate attacks from the back. At 36 years old, he brings a wealth of experience, which is invaluable for a team competing at this level. As he continues his contract with Deportivo Cali until December 2027, Gallese remains an essential figure in their lineup. His ability to command the box and communicate with defenders makes him a key component of the team's overall strategy, ensuring they remain competitive in the league.
