Lucas Ryan

Lucas Ryan is a central defender currently playing for Lokomotiv Plovdiv. At 187 cm tall and weighing 87 kg, he possesses a solid physical presence, which is crucial for his role at the back. His left-footedness adds a unique element to his defensive capabilities, allowing him to effectively tackle and clear balls from the left side of the pitch. In the current season, he has made 25 appearances, contributing two goals, which indicates a willingness to join the attack when opportunities arise. However, his average rating of 6.27 suggests there are areas for improvement in his overall performance, particularly in consistency and impact during matches. With over 1800 minutes played this season, Ryan is steadily gaining experience and adapting to the demands of his position in a competitive league. At 23 years old, he is still developing and finding his footing in European football after transitioning from Brazil. His ongoing contract until June 2028 reflects the club's belief in his potential to grow into a key figure within their defensive line. As he continues to adjust, his contributions will be vital for Lokomotiv Plovdiv's ambitions in the league.
