Loris Maier

Loris Maier operates as a central attacking midfielder for Sonnenhof Großaspach, where he plays a crucial role in orchestrating the team's offensive play. Standing at 185 cm, he combines physical presence with technical ability, enabling him to navigate tight spaces and contribute effectively to build-up play. His right-footed preference allows him to execute precise passes and shots, often creating goal-scoring opportunities for his teammates. In the current season, Maier has featured in 19 matches, accumulating an average rating of 6.70 over 1,708 minutes of play. This consistent involvement indicates his importance to the squad and highlights his ability to maintain a level of performance that supports the team's attacking ambitions. While not an overwhelming standout statistically, he contributes to the midfield dynamics with his vision and ability to link play between defense and attack. Having moved to Sonnenhof Großaspach from Aubstadt in 2025, Maier has settled into his role, bringing experience from his previous stints in lower-tier German leagues. His ongoing contract until June 2027 suggests that the club values his contributions and sees him as a vital part of their future plans. As he continues to develop, he remains an integral figure in the team's quest for success in their league.
