Kostadin Iliev

Kostadin Iliev plays as a central defender for Montana, where he has made 27 appearances in the current season. Standing at 189 cm, his height gives him an advantage in aerial duels and physical contests. His left foot is his preferred kicking option, which allows him to effectively distribute the ball from the back, although his average rating of 6.16 suggests there is room for improvement in his overall performances. In this season, he has contributed one goal, indicating that he can pose a threat during set pieces or when joining the attack. However, his primary role remains focused on defensive duties, where he works to disrupt opposing plays and maintain organization within the backline. Given his young age of 24, Iliev is still developing his skills and understanding of the game, which could see him grow into a more influential player for Montana as he gains experience. While currently not a standout performer in terms of statistics, Iliev's consistent presence on the pitch highlights his importance to the team's defensive structure. With his contract lasting until June 2026, he has the opportunity to further refine his abilities and establish himself as a reliable defender in the league.
