Fahad Usman

Fahad Usman plays as a left back for Kano Pillars and brings a solid presence to the defensive line. At 167 cm, he may not have the towering height often associated with defenders, but he compensates with agility and a strong understanding of positioning. His preferred left foot allows him to effectively tackle and clear the ball from the left flank, while also contributing to the build-up play from the back. In the current season, Usman has made 22 appearances, accumulating 1980 minutes on the pitch. This indicates a reliable role in the squad, where he is trusted to maintain defensive discipline and provide width during attacking phases. His consistent presence suggests that he possesses the stamina and work rate necessary to fulfill the demands of the position. Usman's playing style likely emphasizes quick transitions and supporting the midfield when the team is in possession. His ability to read the game effectively ensures he can contribute defensively while also offering options going forward. As he continues to develop, his experience in the league will be crucial in enhancing his performances as a left back.
