Yira Sor

Yira Sor operates primarily as a left winger, bringing pace and agility to his role at Genk. Standing at 174 cm and weighing 68 kg, he combines a low center of gravity with quick footwork, making him a challenging opponent for defenders. His preferred right foot allows him to cut inside effectively, creating opportunities for both himself and his teammates. In the current season, Sor has made 37 appearances, scoring 6 goals and providing 1 assist, contributing to his team's attacking efforts. With an average rating of 6.72 over 1438 minutes of play, he demonstrates consistency and a solid work ethic on the pitch. While his goal tally may not be exceptionally high, his ability to stretch defenses and create space is a significant asset to Genk's offensive strategy. Sor's development since his transfer from Slavia Praha in 2023 showcases his potential to adapt and thrive in a competitive setting. As he continues to refine his skills and gain experience, he remains a valuable player for Genk, capable of influencing games with his direct approach and pace on the wing.
