Yannis Lawson

Yannis Lawson operates as a left back for Metz, showcasing a strong presence in defense with his left foot. Standing at 179 cm, he possesses a balanced physical profile that aids his agility and ability to cover ground effectively along the flank. His playing style suggests a focus on defensive duties, though specific attributes such as pace or tackling are not detailed in the provided data. In the current season, Lawson has made one appearance totaling nine minutes on the pitch. This limited playing time indicates that he is still in the early stages of establishing himself within the first team. Given his age of 21, he is likely positioned to develop further, contributing more significantly as he gains experience and confidence. Lawson's recent transfer to Metz from RFC Seraing marks a step up in his career, and with a contract running until June 2028, the club sees potential in his abilities. As he continues to adapt to the demands of the game at this level, he remains a player to watch as he seeks to secure more playing opportunities.
