Will Fish

Will Fish serves as a central defender for Cardiff City, demonstrating solid performances throughout the current season. At 185 cm, his height gives him a notable advantage in aerial duels, while his right-footed preference allows him to distribute the ball effectively from the back. With 41 appearances this season and an average rating of 6.98, he consistently contributes to the team's defensive stability. His ability to chip in with goals—scoring twice this season—shows that he is not just a defensive asset but also a threat during set pieces or open play. Accumulating 2881 minutes on the pitch highlights his importance to the squad, suggesting he is a reliable figure in the backline. Fish's journey from the Manchester United U23 setup to Cardiff City reflects his development and commitment to progressing in his career. He has gained valuable experience from loan spells, including time at Hibernian, which have likely contributed to his current form. As he continues his contract until 2028, he aims to solidify his role within the team and further enhance his contributions on the field.
