Tim Corsten

Tim Corsten is a 24-year-old central defender who currently plays for Rödinghausen. Standing at 187 cm and weighing 80 kg, he possesses a strong physical presence that aids him in aerial duels and defensive challenges. His left-footed approach provides him with a natural advantage when distributing the ball and helps him in positioning during set pieces. In the current 2025/2026 season, Corsten has made 10 appearances, accumulating 900 minutes on the pitch. This consistent playtime suggests that he has established himself as a reliable option in the heart of the defense. His experience at various levels, including time spent with Fortuna Düsseldorf II and the Düsseldorf U19 team, has likely contributed to his development and understanding of the game. Corsten’s role as a central defender involves not only stopping opposing attacks but also contributing to the team's build-up play. His ability to read the game and position himself effectively allows him to break up opposition plays, while his left foot enables precise passing and transitions from defense to attack. As he continues to gain experience, he is poised to further solidify his position and impact on the pitch.
