Tiago Almeida

Tiago Almeida plays as a right back for Chaves and is currently establishing himself in this role. Standing at 177 cm and weighing 67 kg, he combines agility and speed, making him a suitable presence on the flank. In the current season, he has made 22 appearances, contributing one goal and one assist, showcasing his ability to support offensive plays while fulfilling his defensive duties. With an average rating of 6.36 over 1660 minutes of play, Almeida demonstrates a steady level of performance. His defensive capabilities are complemented by his willingness to join the attack, which is reflected in his goal and assist tally. This dual threat makes him a valuable asset on the right side of the pitch, where he can contribute to both defensive solidity and offensive opportunities. As a right-footed player, he is likely comfortable delivering crosses and making overlapping runs, which is essential for a modern full-back. His ongoing contract until June 2026 indicates that Chaves sees him as a key component of their squad moving forward, allowing him the opportunity to further develop his skills in the coming seasons.
