Stijn Kuijsten

Stijn Kuijsten is an emerging goalkeeper who currently plays for PSV U19. At just 18 years old, he stands at 187 cm, providing him with a solid presence in the goal. His height gives him an advantage in aerial duels, allowing him to command his area effectively and challenge opponents during set pieces. In the current season, Kuijsten has made six appearances, averaging a rating of 6.16 over 467 minutes of play. While these statistics reflect early stages in his development, they indicate that he is gaining valuable experience in competitive youth football. His performances suggest a player who is still acclimating to the demands of the position but shows potential for growth as he continues to gain exposure. As he progresses in his career, Kuijsten's role as a goalkeeper centers around shot-stopping, distribution, and organizing the defense in front of him. With a contract that extends until June 2026, he has time to refine his skills and develop further under the guidance of coaches at PSV, which could pave the way for more prominent opportunities in the future.
