Sonnie Davis

Sonnie Davis is a right back currently playing for Eastleigh, where he has made 14 appearances in the current season. At just 21 years old, he is beginning to establish himself in a competitive environment. His average rating of 6.32 suggests that he contributes solidly to the team's performance, though there is room for further development in his overall impact on games. Davis has shown the ability to support his teammates in attack, recording 2 assists this season. This indicates a willingness to push forward and contribute to offensive plays, which is crucial for a modern full-back. His right foot preference aligns well with his position, allowing him to effectively deliver crosses and link up with wingers when advancing down the right flank. Having been loaned from Southampton's U21 squad, Davis has gained valuable experience in a first-team setting. His current contract with Eastleigh runs until February 2026, providing him with the stability needed to grow and refine his skills in a professional environment. As he continues to gain minutes and experience, he has the potential to become a more influential player in the coming seasons.
