Saba Sazonov

Saba Sazonov is a tall and robust central defender, standing at 194 cm and weighing 82 kg. His physical presence makes him a formidable obstacle for opposing attackers, allowing him to excel in aerial duels and defensive challenges. Currently with Torino, Sazonov is working to establish himself in the Serie A after a series of loan spells that have contributed to his development. In the current season, he has made five appearances, totaling 38 minutes on the pitch. While his playing time may suggest he is still finding his footing within the squad, Sazonov's potential lies in his ability to read the game and contribute defensively when called upon. His right foot is preferred, indicating a traditional approach to defensive play, often focusing on clearances and interceptions rather than ball-playing abilities. Sazonov's journey through various clubs, including stints at Dinamo Moskva and Empoli, has provided him a diverse range of experiences. As he continues to develop with Torino, there is an opportunity for him to solidify his role as a reliable central defender in a competitive league, bringing a blend of size and strength to the backline.
