Robin Risser

Robin Risser is a promising goalkeeper currently playing for Lens in Ligue 1. Standing at an impressive 193 cm and weighing 83 kg, he possesses the physical attributes ideal for a shot-stopper, combining height and strength to command his area effectively. Risser's right-footed preference allows him to distribute the ball accurately, and he has demonstrated his passing ability with two key passes and an assist in the current season. In the ongoing 2025/2026 season, Risser has made 31 appearances, accumulating 2750 minutes on the pitch. His average rating of 6.95 reflects a solid performance level, showcasing his consistency and reliability as a last line of defense. While he may not have a high number of assists typical for outfield players, his role is crucial in contributing to the team's overall play from the back. Having joined Lens from Strasbourg in 2025 for €3.0 million, Risser's journey through several loan spells has provided him with valuable experience. His current situation in Ligue 1 presents an opportunity for him to further develop his skills and establish himself as a key player for both club and potentially on the national stage in the future.
