Robbin Weijenberg

Robbin Weijenberg is a central midfielder currently making his mark with Go Ahead Eagles. At 21 years old, he stands at 180 cm and favors his right foot, allowing him to effectively contribute to both defensive duties and attacking plays. With a contract running until June 2027, he is positioned to grow within the club and potentially develop his skills further. In the ongoing 2025/2026 season, Weijenberg has made four appearances, averaging a rating of 6.32 over 91 minutes of play. While these numbers suggest he is still finding his rhythm in the first team, they also indicate he is gaining valuable experience on the pitch. His role as a central midfielder requires him to balance ball distribution with defensive responsibilities, and he is working to establish himself in this competitive environment. As he continues to adapt and gain more minutes, Weijenberg's contributions will be essential for the team's midfield dynamics. His youth and recent promotion from the U21 side indicate potential for growth and development, and he is likely focused on refining his craft to make a more significant impact in future matches.
