Neto

Neto operates as a right attacking midfielder, bringing experience and tactical awareness to Leixões. At 34 years old, he utilizes his technical skills to contribute offensively, although his current season shows a modest average rating of 6.24 across six appearances. This suggests he may be in a transitional phase of his career, where consistency and impact on games can fluctuate. Standing at 181 cm and weighing 68 kg, he possesses a balanced physicality that aids in his ability to navigate tight spaces on the pitch. His preferred right foot allows him to deliver crosses and shots effectively, making him a versatile threat in the attacking third. With 371 minutes played this season, Neto is likely being integrated gradually into the squad, potentially focusing on providing depth and leadership rather than being the primary offensive weapon. Having had a varied transfer history, Neto's move to Leixões from Farense indicates a desire for a fresh start. His experience in different teams may enrich his current squad, offering insights and a steady presence as they seek to establish themselves in their league. As he continues to adapt, his role will likely evolve as he balances his veteran savvy with the demands of modern football.
