Mike Eerdhuijzen

Mike Eerdhuijzen is a central defender currently playing for FC Utrecht, where he has made 10 appearances in the current season, averaging a rating of 6.79 over 385 minutes. His imposing height of 194 cm and solid build at 85 kg give him a physical presence that is crucial in defensive situations. He primarily uses his left foot, which can provide an advantage in one-on-one challenges and aerial duels. Eerdhuijzen's role centers around providing stability to the backline, where he combines his physical attributes with tactical awareness. His ability to read the game allows him to anticipate opposing attacks and disrupt their flow. While he may not yet be a standout in terms of flashy performances, his consistent contributions help solidify the team's defensive structure. Having transitioned from Sparta Rotterdam to FC Utrecht, Eerdhuijzen is still in the process of establishing himself in a competitive environment. As he gains more experience and continues to adapt to the demands of the league, he is expected to develop further in his role, offering both defensive reliability and a foundation for building plays from the back. With a contract until June 2029, he has the opportunity to grow and make a significant impact at his current club.
