Luca Itter

Luca Itter operates as a central defender for SpVgg Greuther Fürth, bringing a left-footed style to the backline. At 183 cm and 72 kg, he possesses a solid physical presence, allowing him to compete effectively in aerial duels and provide stability in defense. His current season has seen him make 18 appearances, accumulating 1420 minutes on the pitch, where he averages a rating of 6.48. This indicates a consistent, if not standout, performance level, suggesting he plays a reliable role within his team's defensive structure. Itter's experience, having transitioned through various clubs including SC Freiburg and VfL Wolfsburg, has likely contributed to his tactical awareness and ability to read the game. His left-footedness may also offer an advantage in terms of ball distribution from the back, adding an extra dimension to his team's build-up play. While he may not be the focal point of the team's defensive line, his contributions are crucial for maintaining organization and providing support to both the midfield and the attack. As he continues his contract with Greuther Fürth until June 2027, he has the opportunity to further develop and solidify his role in the squad.
