Jaka Cuber Potocnik

Jaka Cuber Potocnik currently operates as a striker for Rot-Weiss Essen, where he has been on loan from FC Köln. Standing at 189 cm and weighing 77 kg, he possesses a strong physical presence on the pitch, which complements his role in attack. His preferred right foot allows him to finish with accuracy, while he also demonstrates an ability to create opportunities for his teammates, as indicated by his three key passes this season. In the ongoing 2025/2026 season, Potocnik has made 12 appearances, contributing two goals and maintaining an average rating of 6.49. While these statistics suggest he is still finding his footing, the young striker's potential is evident. His ability to combine physicality with technical skill makes him a valuable asset in the attacking third, although he may still be developing his consistency in front of goal. As he continues to gain experience in competitive matches, Potocnik remains a player to watch. His loan spell at Rot-Weiss Essen provides him with crucial playing time to refine his skills and adapt to the demands of the game at this level.
