Jaime Báez

Jaime Báez operates primarily as a left winger, bringing versatility and experience to his current role at Cosenza. Standing at 178 cm and weighing 74 kg, he combines decent physicality with agility, allowing him to navigate the flanks effectively. His right foot is his preferred choice, which he utilizes to deliver crosses and cut inside to take shots on goal. In the current season (2025/2026), Báez has made 10 appearances, contributing 1 goal. His average rating of 6.49 indicates a steady performance, though there is room for improvement in his influence on matches. Over the course of 396 minutes on the pitch, he has shown glimpses of his ability but has yet to establish himself as a dominant force in games. Báez’s experience in various leagues, including his time at Peñarol, adds depth to his playing style. While he may not be the standout player in his team, he plays a pivotal role in supporting offensive plays and providing width, which is crucial for creating opportunities for his teammates. As he continues in his loan spell, he aims to increase his impact and contribute more significantly to Cosenza’s success.
