Ismaël Guerti

Ismaël Guerti plays as a central attacking midfielder for Metz, where he has recently made the jump from the club's second team. At 178 cm tall, he combines a solid physical profile with agility that allows him to navigate tight spaces on the pitch. His right foot is his preferred option, which he utilizes effectively to make plays and distribute the ball in an attacking role. In the current season, Guerti has appeared in 8 matches, averaging a rating of 6.42, indicating a steady but still developing performance level. Although he has only recorded one interception, this suggests that he primarily focuses on offensive contributions rather than defensive duties. His role is crucial in linking midfield play and creating opportunities for teammates, which is essential for a player in his position. Having moved to Metz from Metz II in 2025, Guerti is under contract until June 2027, giving him a stable environment to continue his development. His current form reflects the challenges of transitioning to a higher level of competition, but he shows promise as he gains more experience on the pitch.
