Isak Jansson

Isak Jansson plays as a left winger for Nice, where he leverages his right foot to create scoring opportunities and provide width. Standing at 175 cm, he combines agility with a decent physical profile, allowing him to navigate tightly contested areas while contributing defensively, as indicated by his seven interceptions this season. Although he has only found the net once in 30 appearances, his ability to deliver ten key passes suggests he is an important facilitator in the attacking third. In the current season, Jansson has averaged a rating of 6.64 over 980 minutes of play, which reflects a consistent presence on the pitch, even if his goal tally is modest. His contributions include two tackles, showcasing his willingness to track back and support his teammates defensively. This dual role of attacking and defending makes him a valuable asset in a fast-paced game. Having transferred to Nice from SK Rapid for €10 million in 2025, Jansson is still adjusting to his new environment. As he continues to develop his game, he has the potential to enhance his goal-scoring output while maintaining his role as a playmaker.
