Isak Helstad Amundsen

Isak Helstad Amundsen plays as a central defender for Molde, where he has established himself with a solid presence in the defensive line. Standing at 190 cm, he possesses both the height and physicality that are essential for a player in his position, allowing him to effectively contest aerial duels and provide strength against opposing forwards. In the current season, Amundsen has made nine appearances, averaging a rating of 6.61 over 254 minutes of play. While these statistics suggest he is still finding his rhythm, his ability to contribute defensively is evident. He utilizes his right foot to make clearances and distribute the ball, playing a crucial role in maintaining the team's shape during matches. Having transitioned from Bodø/Glimt to Molde, Amundsen continues to adapt to the demands of top-flight football. His experience from previous loans has likely helped him develop a better understanding of defensive tactics and positioning, which he brings to the pitch. As he continues his contract until December 2027, there is potential for him to further refine his skills and become a key player in Molde's defense.
