Hans Hateboer

Hans Hateboer functions as a right back for Olympique Lyonnais, currently on loan from Rennes. Standing at 187 cm and weighing 74 kg, he possesses a solid physical presence that aids him in defensive duties. His right foot is his preferred weapon, allowing him to execute accurate tackles and deliver key passes, though his contributions in the attacking phase appear limited this season. In the current 2025/2026 season, Hateboer has made 19 appearances, averaging a rating of 6.45 over 648 minutes of play. He has recorded five tackles and seven interceptions, showcasing his defensive capabilities. However, with only one key pass to his name, it indicates that his role may lean more toward defensive stability rather than providing significant offensive support. Hateboer's experience, having transferred through various clubs, adds depth to his game, but his current statistics suggest that he is still finding his rhythm at Lyon. As he continues to adapt to his loan situation, he remains a reliable option in defense, focusing primarily on solidifying the backline.
