Guillermo Cosaro

Guillermo Cosaro plays as a central defender for Club Atlético Gimnasia y Esgrima (Jujuy), where he has been a steady presence on the backline. At 37 years old, he brings a wealth of experience to the team, having logged 1,200 minutes across 13 appearances in the current season. His average rating of 6.33 indicates a solid, if unspectacular, performance level, showcasing his reliability in defensive duties. Standing at 180 cm and weighing 77 kg, Cosaro possesses a suitable physicality for his position, allowing him to engage effectively in aerial duels and ground challenges. His preferred left foot provides him an advantage in building play from the back, as he can deliver passes and clearances with a natural angle. While his contributions in terms of goals are limited, he has managed to find the net once this season, reflecting his capability to contribute offensively during set pieces or in transitional moments. Overall, Cosaro's role is primarily defensive, focusing on maintaining organization and stability within the team's defensive structure. His experience and leadership qualities can be invaluable assets for Gimnasia y Esgrima as they navigate the challenges of their league campaign.
