Furkan Gedik

Furkan Gedik operates primarily as a left winger, utilizing his preferred left foot to create opportunities on the flank. At 23 years old, he is currently playing in the Turkey 2.League Red for Kocaelispor, where he has made 7 appearances this season and scored 1 goal. His average rating of 6.54 suggests he contributes steadily to the team's performance, although there is room for improvement in his consistency and overall impact. Gedik’s playing style is characterized by his ability to stretch defenses and provide width. He is likely to employ his pace and dribbling skills to take on defenders, aiming to deliver crosses or cut inside to shoot when the opportunity arises. His recent goal indicates he has the potential to be a threat in the attacking third, but his limited playing time this season means he is still seeking to establish himself as a key player for Kocaelispor. Having moved clubs several times in recent years, Gedik is in a phase of his career where he is looking to solidify his role and develop further. With a contract that runs until June 2026, he has time to refine his skills and make a significant impact in the league, aiming to elevate both his performance and that of his team.
