Francesco Belli

Francesco Belli serves as a right back for Calcio Padova, bringing a blend of experience and tenacity to the defense. At 32 years old, he has accumulated valuable knowledge from various clubs in Italy's lower divisions, allowing him to adapt well to the demands of his current role. His average rating of 6.60 over 14 appearances this season indicates a solid, if not standout, contribution to the team's performance. Standing at 179 cm and weighing 69 kg, Belli combines agility with a physical presence, making him capable of engaging in one-on-one duels effectively. His right-footed preference suggests a comfort in delivering crosses and playing passes down the flank, while his defensive duties often require him to be vigilant and responsive to opposing wingers. With 890 minutes of playtime this season, he remains a reliable option in the back line, contributing to the stability and structure of the team's defense. Belli's contract running until June 2026 signifies Calcio Padova's commitment to his role, as they rely on his experience to guide younger players and maintain a competitive edge in their league.
