Fellipe Mateus

Fellipe Mateus plays as a central attacking midfielder for Criciúma, showcasing his experience and skill in the attacking third. At 35 years old, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the field, which is reflected in his ability to create scoring opportunities for his teammates. Standing at 178 cm and weighing 71 kg, he has a balanced physical presence that allows him to maneuver effectively in tight spaces. In the current season, he has made 18 appearances, contributing 1 goal and 1 assist, which demonstrates his capability to influence the game, albeit with modest output. His average rating of 6.66 over 596 minutes indicates a consistent, if not standout, performance level, underscoring his role as a reliable option in the midfield. While he may not be racking up significant goal contributions, his experience and tactical awareness remain valuable assets for his team. Fellipe’s preferred left foot gives him a distinctive edge in creating chances and delivering set pieces. As he continues to play under contract until December 2026, he is poised to leverage his experience to guide younger players while still being a functional part of Criciúma’s attacking strategy.
