Eugenio Raggio

Eugenio Raggio plays as a central defender for Platense, contributing to the team's defensive structure with his solid performances. Standing at 180 cm, he utilizes his height effectively to contest aerial duels and provide stability at the back. His preferred right foot allows him to execute precise passes and clearances, essential attributes for a player in his position. In the current season, Raggio has made seven appearances, averaging a rating of 6.85 over 540 minutes of play. This consistent presence in the starting lineup indicates that he is trusted by the coaching staff to fulfill his role in defense. His performances suggest that he is capable of reading the game well, anticipating opposition attacks, and making crucial tackles when necessary. Raggio's journey through various clubs, including a pathway from Newell's Old Boys Reserves to Flandria, showcases his development as a player. Now at Platense, he aims to solidify his place in the first team and continue to grow within a competitive environment. As he is under contract until December 2026, there is an opportunity for him to further establish himself in the league.
