Emmanuel Biumla

Emmanuel Biumla is a young central defender currently playing for Angers SCO. At 185 cm and 75 kg, he possesses a solid physical presence that aids him in defensive duties. His right foot is his preferred option, allowing him to distribute the ball effectively from the back. While still developing, Biumla’s style suggests a focus on positioning and interception rather than aggressive tackling, as evidenced by his current season statistics. In the ongoing 2025/2026 season, Biumla has made 15 appearances, accumulating an average rating of 6.32 over 526 minutes of play. His defensive contributions include 1 tackle and 2 interceptions, indicating that he is beginning to establish himself as a reliable presence in Angers' backline, even if his impact is still modest at this stage in his career. Having joined Angers SCO from Bordeaux in 2024, Biumla remains under contract until June 2028, offering the club a promising prospect for the future. As he continues to gain experience and develop his skills, he has the potential to become a more integral part of the team's defensive strategy.
