Chris Bush

Chris Bush serves as a central defender for Boreham Wood, showcasing his experience and physical presence on the pitch. Standing at 190 cm and weighing 90 kg, he utilizes his size effectively to dominate aerial duels and provide a strong defensive backbone for his team. With a preference for his left foot, he adds versatility to the backline, capable of playing both as a left-sided center-back and contributing to build-up play from the back. In the current season (2025/2026), Bush has made 46 appearances, reflecting his reliability and fitness level. While his average rating of 6.25 indicates a solid, if unspectacular, performance across the season, his contributions include two assists, highlighting his ability to support attacking phases when opportunities arise. His experience, accumulated over years in various clubs, allows him to read the game well and make crucial interventions to maintain his team's defensive integrity. As he continues his contract with Boreham Wood until June 2025, Bush remains an essential figure in their defense, providing leadership and stability. His role is vital in ensuring the team's resilience against opposing attackers, making him a key asset as they navigate the challenges of the season.
