Artem Golubev

Artem Golubev plays as a central defensive midfielder, a role in which he provides crucial support to both the defense and midfield. With a height of 181 cm and a weight of 74 kg, he has a solid physical presence, allowing him to compete effectively in aerial duels and maintain stability in the middle of the park. His right foot preference suggests he is comfortable distributing the ball and breaking up opposition play with precision. In the current season, Golubev has made 13 appearances, contributing two goals, which indicates his ability to support attacking plays while fulfilling his primary defensive responsibilities. His average rating of 6.37 over 946 minutes of play reflects his consistent performance, although there may be room for improvement in terms of overall impact on games. His experience from previous stints at Ufa and Krasnodar demonstrates a steady progression in his career, and his contract with Shinnik until June 2026 indicates that the club values his contributions. As he continues to develop within his role, Golubev remains an essential figure in Shinnik's midfield, balancing defensive duties with occasional offensive support.
