Álvaro Morata

Álvaro Morata serves as a striker for Como, where he currently plays on loan from Milan. At 33 years old, he brings a wealth of experience and physical presence to the forward line, standing at 189 cm and weighing 85 kg. His right-footed finishing allows him to be a versatile threat in the attacking third, although this season, he has found the net only once in 26 appearances, contributing an additional assist. Despite the modest goal tally, Morata's average rating of 6.61 suggests he plays a role beyond just scoring, likely involving himself in build-up play and supporting teammates in offensive movements. His experience at the international level with the Spanish national team adds another layer of maturity to his game, as he understands the nuances of high-pressure situations. While he may not be in the prime of his career, Morata's stature and understanding of the game make him a valuable asset for Como as they navigate the current season. His ability to hold up the ball and link play can provide crucial support to younger players around him, making him an integral part of the team's strategy.
