Aleksa Pejic

Aleksa Pejic plays as a central defensive midfielder for FK Zeljeznicar Sarajevo, where he has become an integral part of the team's structure. Standing at 190 cm and weighing 78 kg, his physical presence allows him to effectively disrupt opposing plays and maintain a strong defensive unit. This season, he has made 26 appearances, logging a total of 1955 minutes, which highlights his importance to the squad and his ability to contribute consistently in the midfield. With an average rating of 6.48 this season, Pejic demonstrates a solid, if not spectacular, performance level. His role primarily involves breaking up opposition attacks and providing a shield for the backline, which is crucial for a team looking to establish a robust midfield presence. As a right-footed player, Pejic's ability to distribute the ball from deep positions helps transition play from defense to attack. His experience, accumulated through various clubs including his recent transfer from Maccabi Bnei Raina, adds depth to the midfield, making him a valuable asset as FK Zeljeznicar Sarajevo aims for success in their league campaign.
