Aimé Omgba

Aimé Omgba operates primarily as a central attacking midfielder, showcasing his ability to influence the game from a central position. Standing at 190 cm, he possesses a physical presence that can be advantageous in both aerial duels and when holding off defenders. His right foot is his preferred option, allowing him to deliver precise passes and shots, which are crucial for his role in creating scoring opportunities. In the current season, Omgba has made 15 appearances, averaging a rating of 6.58 over 340 minutes of play. While these statistics indicate a steady presence in the midfield, they also suggest that he is still developing his impact on the field. His contributions can be pivotal in transitioning play and supporting both defensive efforts and attacking movements. With a contract running until June 2029, Omgba is positioned to continue his growth at Gent. His relatively young age of 23 allows for significant potential to refine his skills further, and he is likely to become an increasingly important figure for the team as he gains more experience in competitive matches.
